1. No Physical Returns

Since we offer digital services only, there are no physical products involved. Therefore, no returns of goods apply to our business.

2. Refund Policy

At smartprintassist.com, we maintain a transparent process, and we invest time, tools, and resources as soon as a project begins.
For this reason:

🔹 All payments made for digital marketing services are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If the client changes their mind after the service has started
  • If results do not meet expectations (because outcomes depend on market conditions, audience behavior, platform policies, etc.)
  • If the client fails to provide necessary information, approvals, or account access
  • If delays occur due to third-party platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • If campaigns underperform due to factors beyond our control

3. Exceptions (If Applicable)

A partial refund may be considered only in special cases, such as:

  • Payment was made by mistake
  • Duplicate payment
  • Service has not started yet

Any such refund is at the sole discretion of smartprintassist.com management.

4. Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation anytime by contacting us.
However:

  • Payments already made will not be refunded
  • Work completed till cancellation will be billed
  • All pending dues must be cleared before officially closing the project

smartprintassist.com also reserves the right to cancel services in cases of abuse, policy violations, or non-payment.

5. Campaign Budgets (PPC/Youtube/Meta Ads)

Ad spend paid directly to platforms like:

  • Google Ads
  • Facebook / Instagram
  • YouTube
  • LinkedIn

is not controlled by smartprintassist.com and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
We only manage & optimize campaigns — we do not handle refunds for advertising platforms.
